The brief
Cook Beaumont Group runs pubs and hotels across Australia, each with its own identity, and needed sites for new venues without building each one from scratch.
What I did
I built one framework that every venue site runs on, so fixes and features land everywhere at once while each pub keeps its own look. I also wrote a script that sets up a new venue's site in a single command.
How it turned out
Adding a venue is now a setup task, not a build.
